Welcome Survivor.io enthusiasts to our guide on the best necklaces in the game. In this article, we will take a look at what necklaces affect and our tier list of the best ones currently in the game.
In Survivor.io equipment is key, it can provide you with a much-needed boost on your base stats (HP and ATK). As you level up equipment it also unlocks grade skills, these are unique boosts assigned to pieces of specific equipment such as critical damage chance and movement speed boosts.
Necklaces are one of the 6 pieces of equipment that you will equip your survivor with. Each different necklace/pendant provides unique boosts that can give you that extra edge when defeating monsters. Knowing which one to equip can depend on a number of factors including your play style and also what level/challenge you are playing in.
What stats do necklaces affect?
Necklaces in Survivor.io affect your stats related to the ATK attribute. When necklaces reach the blue grade (better) they will start to unlock grade skills which are unique skills/boosts. These grade skills can be unlocked for better, excellent, epic, and legendary levels which can be unlocked by merging your equipment. The Voidwaker Emblem and the Eternal Necklace have grade skills at the green/good grade also.
We will now take a look at the best and worst necklaces/pendants currently in the game.
Necklaces in Survivor.io
In Survivor.io there are currently 7 different necklaces that you can choose from, each necklace can come in every grade other than the Voidwaker Emblem and Eternal Necklace which are S quality:
- Eternal Necklace
- Voidwaker Emblem
- Metal Neckguard
- Trendy Charm
- Bone Pendant
- Emerald Pendant
- Army Nameplate
Each necklace offers different grade skills and unique boosts. Whilst we do have a list of our best to worst necklaces in the game some necklaces are better suited for different levels. These are found by trial and error if you are stuck on a level or challenge.
We will now take a look at the best necklaces in Survivor.io, we will start by looking at the top-tier necklaces and work our way down to the ones we consider average.
Eternal Necklace
The first necklace on our list and one that we consider the strongest is the Eternal necklace. This necklace is focused on providing you will high damage output to the stronger enemies/bosses in the game. The Eternal necklace is an S-grade piece of equipment that can be found in crates and in some limited-timed events. The necklace will give your ATK stat boost a nice lift from the first time you level it up and equip it.
The first grade skill that is unlocked on the Eternal necklace is the ability to do more damage to an enemy based on its HP (the higher the HP the more damage that is dealt). At the blue/better grade, an ATK stat boost of +15% is applied. At the purple/excellent grade, additional damage is dealt to enemies when they are at full HP.
When the Eternal necklace reaches the epic grade a further ATK stat boost of +25% is applied. The final grade skill is unlocked at the legendary grade, this is a boost of +15% to all of the passive effects that you gain in battle.
Voidwaker Emblem
The second necklace on our list is another one that we consider in the elite grade – the Voidwaker emblem. This necklace focuses on giving you increased damaged modifiers (especially when your HP drops below 50%). The Voidwaker emblem is an S-grade piece of equipment that can be found in crates and in some limited-timed events.
Because S-grade equipment already comes at the purple/excellent grade you already come with three grade skills unlocked. The first is a 40% damage boost for 5s every time you level up in-game. The next grade skill that is unlocked at the blue/better grade is an ATK stat boost of +15%. The final grade skill that comes unlocked with this weapon is an ATK boost that depends on how low your HP is (the lower your HP is below 50% the higher your attack boost – the max is 40%).
At the epic grade, another ATK stat boost of +25% is unlocked. When the Voidwaker emblem reaches legendary grade you will unlock a boost to your critical damage rate. This is exactly the same condition as the damage modifier that is unlocked at the purple/excellent grade (the lower your HP is below 50% the higher your critical hit chance – the max is 40%).
Metal Neckguard
Next on our list is the Metal neckguard, we would consider this necklace a great option once it reaches the excellent/epic grades. This necklace is focused on improving your ATK stat and the effectiveness of your passive skills that are obtained in battle. The Metal neckguard can be obtained in every grade from normal up to legendary grade.
The first grade skill unlocked at the blue/better grade is an ATK stat boost of +10%. This is followed by a boost of +30% modifier to the 1st passive effect that is gained in-game which is unlocked at the purple/excellent grade. This can really level up your passive skills that are gained in-game, some of the best skills were damage boosts and healing.
At the epic grade, the last passive effect that you gain in-game receives a boost of +30%. When the necklace reaches legendary grade it receives another ATK stat boost of +15%.
Trendy Charm
At number 4 is the Trendy charm, this necklace focuses on providing you with an ATK stat boost as well as reducing your skill cooldowns. This and the next necklace we would consider good options. The Trendy charm can be obtained in every grade from normal to legendary.
The first grade skill that is unlocked at the blue/better grade is an ATK stat boost of +10%. When the necklace reaches the purple/excellent grade you unlock a -2% skill cooldown modifier for every 200 monsters that you defeat. The cooldown reduction is capped at -10% for this skill.
When the necklace reaches the epic grade the cooldown reduction cap is lifted to 30%. This will give you a brilliant reduction in skill cooldown times and keep your attacks quick. The final grade skill is another ATK stat skill boost of +15%.
Bone Pendant
The next necklace on our list is one that we still consider a solid option if it is your highest-graded item, this is the Bone pendant. The Bone pendant is a necklace that focuses on improving your ATK stat and also slowing enemies that are in range. The Bone pendant can come in every grade from normal to legendary.
When the Bone pendant reaches the blue/better grade it unlocks its first grade skill, this is an ATK stat boost of +10%. When the necklace reaches the purple/excellent grade it unlocks the ability to slow enemies that come into a certain range of your player.
The epic grade skill is the skill that makes the necklace useful in our opinion. This is when the slow effect improves in both range and the amount that it slows enemies. When the Bone pendant reaches the legendary grade it unlocks another ATK stat boost of +15%.
Emerald Pendant
The final two necklaces on our list are the ones that we consider the most average, they do have a use for some challenges but the skills on offer did not really stand out when we used them.
The Emerald pendant is a necklace that focuses on improving your ATK stat and also creating a radiation ring around you whilst it is equipped. The Emerald pendant can come in every grade from normal to legendary.
The first grade skill that is unlocked on the Emerald pendant is an ATK stat boost of +15%, this is unlocked when the necklace reaches the blue/better grade. The next skill that is unlocked when the necklace reaches the purple/excellent grade is it generates a radiation ring that deals damage to enemies that come into it over time. Whilst this is a nice boost against some enemies that have low HP it is ineffective against enemies with higher HP levels.
When the necklace reaches the epic grade the damage caused by the radiation ring is doubled. This did make a nice positive boost to the skill as it could then defeat some enemies with the damage. Finally, when the Emerald pendant reaches the legendary grade it unlocks an additional ATK stat boost of +15%.
Army Nameplate
The final necklace on our list is the Army nameplate. After testing the Army nameplate we would consider it the most average out of the 7 we have discussed above. It can be obtained in every grade from normal to legendary and will provide an ATK stat boost.
The first grade skill that is unlocked is an ATK stat boost of +10%, this is unlocked when the necklace reaches the blue/better grade. When the necklace reaches the purple/excellent grade it unlocks the ability to gain inspire when in battle. Inspire basically gives you an ATK damage increase of +20%, this is unlocked when you defeat an elite or boss. The inspire skill fades as soon as you are hit by any enemy.
When the necklace reaches the epic grade the inspire damage is increased to +50%! Whilst this is a great boost it fades as soon as you are hit and can only be triggered when you defeat an elite or boss. In early game levels, this necklace can be effective as enemies can be dodged much more easily.
The final grade skill that is unlocked is an ATK stat boost of +15%.
And that wraps it up! That was our list of the top-tier necklaces in Survivor.io that are currently in the game. It is worth mentioning that each necklace can be effective for different stages/levels in the game. We have just found the list accurate on when we have used the different necklaces for long periods of time in the game. There may be times when switching your necklaces around will be the best tactic if you are finding it difficult to beat a specific level/challenge.
