1. Patrol Earnings

Patrol Earnings

Patrol earnings are one of the easiest and most passive ways to gain weapons in Survivor.io. They are earned even when you are AFK or can be earned by performing the Quick Patrol option which costs energy points or can be performed by watching an ad.

The amount of equipment that you earn from patrol earnings depends on what chapter you are currently on in-game (higher chapter = more rewards and loot). This is a great method that is completely free!

2. By playing the game with the seeker skill

The Seeker Skill

Once you reach level 11 in-game you will unlock the seeker skill which can be purchased. The seeker skill makes monsters drop equipment in-game. This means that you can get weapons simply by playing the game!

Taking part in the main story chapters is the best way to get the additional weapons and equipment from the seeker skill. We found that the higher the chapter you played in = the better the equipment dropped from the enemies.

3. The daily store

The Daily Store

The daily store can be another way to get weapons in Survivor.io. The store refreshes its contents every 24 hours which can include various weapons and equipment of varying grades.

The weapons in the daily store will cost gems, we recommend only purchasing a certain weapon with gems if you are missing it or need it to merge or upgrade your current weapon.

4. S-Grade supplies

S-Grade Supplies

S-Grade supplies are possibly the best method to obtain the best equipment and weapons in the game of Survivor.io. A singular chest will cost you x 300 gems and 10 chests will set you back x 2680 gems. We advise saving up your gems to open 10 chests are once, this will maximize your gem usage and give you the best chance of obtaining high-level equipment.

The S-grade supplies contain good, better, excellent, and S-grade rarity weapons and equipment. You will also be guaranteed an excellent or S-grade piece of equipment in a certain amount of opened supply chests (displayed in the bottom right).

Army crates and EDF supplies are types of loot boxes in Survivor.io that can contain weapons and equipment. They can be opened by using keys that are obtained from taking part in special events, completing levels, and completing achievements in-game. Periodically you can also open the boxes by watching a short advert.

Army crates contain normal or good-graded pieces of equipment whereas EDF supplies contain only good, better, and excellent types of weapons and equipment. We would not recommend spending gems on opening these loot boxes, save your gems for the S-Grade supplies.

Weapons can be earned in some special op missions.

Special op missions are normally fast missions with varying levels of difficulty where you can unlock weapons. Not all special op missions will reward you with weapons but they can provide you with other types of loot and equipment.

Taking part in special op missions will require the use of no energy, they are generally quick as well – most lasting a maximum of 3 minutes. The color in the title box of each special op will showcase its difficulty. These will rise as you complete more special op missions.

7. Daily and weekly chests

Weapons can be obtained in the daily and weekly chests.

Weapons can be earned by completing tasks featured in the daily and weekly chest challenges. These challenges are mostly simple and can be completed by simply playing the game. You will earn stars after completing an objective that will unlock a chest. The higher the star value of the chest the more valuable the contents.

The daily chests refresh every 24 hours and the weeklies every 7 days. Again, this is an excellent method of collecting weapons as most of the objectives are obtained in normal play.

8. Limited-timed events

Limited-timed events can be a great way to collect weapons and equipment. Like most challenges in Survivor.io, they consist of a number of challenges that can be easily completed in return for a reward.

The example above shows where you can exchange a number of flowers in exchange for an excellent-grade weapon. This is an example of many of the timed-based events that are available on Survivor.io throughout the year.

We love a free reward, and this one here requires probably the least amount of effort on the list. By simply logging into the game you can earn free weapons and equipment. These rewards refresh on a 24-hour period and you can claim another chest at the top of the screen when you reach certain milestones.

10. Promo codes

Developers will sometimes drop promo codes from time to time where you can collect one-time rewards such as equipment, energy, gems, and coins. These are typically available from the developer’s social channels. Simply give them a like or a follow to be kept in the loop when they drop. Most of the codes that have been given out are valid for around a month.
