Zealot

The Zealot is a rare card that is part of the Kingdom of Light faction in Rush Royale. This is one of the most unique cards in the game as it relies on unused mana to increase the amount of damage that it can deal. The Zealot is a fan favorite amongst the Rush Royale community, the card was first heavily used in Co-Op decks but can now find its place amongst some of the strongest deck variations in the game.

Once talents are unlocked on the Zealot the true potential of the card is unlocked. Some of the stand-out talents feature the Force of Light attack and also the ability to turn a Zealot into an Archon.

The Zealot can be unlocked once you reach Arena level 8 and can be found in all chests and rewards in the game.

This card regularly finds itself at the top of the PvP leaderboard in Rush Royale. Some deck variations that involve the Zealot can be incredibly fun to play with in-game.

  • Magic Cauldron
  • Knight Statue
  • Trapper
  • Portal Keeper

Deck Tips

One of the most popular Zealot decks among the Rush Royale community sees the unit paired with the Knight Statue and Portal Keeper.

In the first stages of the game, your focus should be to fill all tiles that you can. This should counter your opponent’s deck and be able to deal with the first few bosses.

As the game progresses placement is key. This is why the Portal Keeper is used in this deck. Use it to maneuver cards to their optimum positions and remove any negative effects from cards.

Your Zealot cards are your primary form of attack. This card works in a unique way and takes time in-game to reach its potential. Playing with this card suits players who are patient and have the end game in sight.

Zealot Enchanted Sword Deck

  • Enchanted Sword
  • Scrapper
  • Dryad

Deck Tips

Another popular deck variation for the Zealot unit features the Magic Cauldron and Enchanted Sword units. This deck is focused on creating a number of highly ranked Zealot units whilst gaining as much mana as possible.

In the first stages of the game, focus on filling all available tiles with cards. This will help you counter the first few waves of enemies and bosses.

Use your Dryad and Scrapper units to increase the level of Magic Cauldron and Zealot units.

The Enchanted Sword works extremely well with the Zealot card as it can provide a much-needed damage boost. Aim to fully boost any of your Zealot units situated on the field.

The end-game strategy is simple with this deck – collect as much mana as possible. Doing this will leave your opponent unable to cope with the damage output of the Zealot.

  • Magic Cauldron
  • Scrapper
  • Trapper
  • Dryad

Deck Tips

If you are looking for one of the best Zealot Co-Op decks then this variation may be perfect for you. The deck uses cards that can quickly boost the levels of your Zealot and Magic Cauldron units.

In the first stages of the game, focus on building a number of highly ranked Zealot units on the field. Once you have a good amount of cards on the field increase the mana levels of the Zealot and Magic Cauldron.

The Trapper unit is used in this deck to strip enemy armor and make them easier targets for your Zealots. 1 or 2 highly leveled Trappers are more than adequate on the field at once.

The end-game tactic with this deck is to collect huge amounts of mana that will see your Zealot damage surge through the roof. This deck can be a lot of fun to play with once understood and mastered.

  • Dryad

Deck Tips

In this deck, we see the Zealot yet again paired with the Knight Statue. These cards can work hand in hand depending on what talents you have unlocked.

Aim to fill all of your tiles with cards. You want to position your Zealots next to your Magic Cauldrons (depending on talent selection). This should be enough to deal with the first few waves of enemies and bosses.

Your Knight Statue units can give Zealots a huge attack speed boost. Aim to strategically position your cards so a Knight Statue can boost as many Zealots as possible.

The Trapper unit in this deck works wonders as it strips away enemy armor and slows them in their path. Like all Zealot decks, you are ultimately playing the long game – once you build up a decent amount of mana the Zealot can become a force to be reckoned with!
