Unlocking The Unit

The Scrapper unit can be unlocked once you have reached Arena 13 (Conqueror). The card can be obtained in the shop, in chests, and by exchanging magic dust.

The Scrapper is deployed to the field like any other card.

Deploy the card as normal and move it over to the card you would like to absorb. The level of the Scrapper unit should match the level of the card you would like to absorb. After absorbing a card you will receive a charge based on the absorbed card level (level 1 = 1 charge, level 2 = 2 charges, etc).

The amount of charges that your Scrapper unit has is shown at the bottom of the screen where you increase a card’s mana rank.

Once the Scrapper has received 4 or more charges it will turn pink.

Once the Scrapper unit reaches 4 charges the Scrapper will turn from its normal color to pink. This shows that the next time it absorbs a card it will increase the rank of a random unit on the field by one.

Depending on the level of your Scrapper it has a chance to increase the merge rank of an additional unit at the same time. The Scrapper will never increase its own merge rank unit by this effect.

Understanding Scrapper’s Abilities

The Scrapper unit’s primary purpose is to upgrade other units on the field in Rush Royale. The card is used in decks to save on expensive upgrade costs once you reach the later stages of the game. Some of the other abilities and features of the card are:

1. Splash Damage

  • The Scrapper unit will attach the first target on the path. Whilst the damage output of the card is relatively low, the Scrapper unit will deal splash damage to enemies as they pass. This can help you out in the first stages of a match.

2. Bonus Enchancement

  • The Scapper unit has a chance to upgrade more than one unit at a time in battle. The chance of this happening is increased as the level of your Scrapper is increased.

Pro Tip: We would recommend upgrading the Scrapper unit only after upgrading other attack-minded units in your deck. After unlocking the card we would trade in the Scrapper for magic crystals to use towards upgrading other cards.

3. Deck Flexibility

  • The Scrapper unit can be used effectively in almost every deck variation in the game. We also have used the deck in countless PvP battles and in Co-Op modes of the game in which the card was still extremely useful.
