The best deck for Arena 8 (Watchman)
The deck consists of the following cards:
- Thunderer
- Hex
- Wind Archer
- Bombardier
- Vampire
Gameplay tips
This deck has made the top of our list for Arena 8 due to its balance in attack and the ability to gain additional mana. You can play the deck aggressively from the start but focus on filling up your deck with level 1 cards.
The Vampire card in this deck is used to gain you additional mana, this should be the first card you level up if you have more than two placed down. The Wind Archer and Thunderer are your main attacking cards, focus on getting a good number of these cards down to counter enemy attacks.
The Hex card gives its neighboring units the chance to instantly kill enemies, try and surround this card with your Wind Archers and Thunderers as they attack at a fast rate.
The Bombardier card deals a small amount of damage but its ability to stun enemies is what makes it a strong card. Keeping one or two high leveled Bombardiers on the playing field should be your aim.
Other strong decks for arena 8
The beauty of Rush Royale is that there is a range of different unit cards available for you to choose from. This makes the possibilities endless and it means you are not confined to one deck variation.
Other strong decks that we have found useful in Arena 8 are:
Deck 2
- Thunderer
- Hex
- Wind Archer
- Crystalmancer
- Vampire
Gameplay tips
This deck should be played exactly the same as the one that we have mentioned above. The only difference in this deck is that the Bombardier has been switched out for the Crystalmancer. This makes the deck more attack-minded which will work in your favor against bosses and tank-style enemies.
Use the Vampire to gain additional mana, this mana can be spent on replacing the cards that you merge or leveling up the attack card that you have most of. Upgrade your Vampire card when the deck has been filled or if you have more than 3 of them placed down.
The Crystalmancer is not the most powerful card but attacks at a very fast rate, once this card is merged/leveled up it can take down enemies at a fast rate. Placing this card next to the Hex can land you with a good chance to instantly take down enemies.
Deck 3
- Thunderer
- Grindstone
- Wind Archer
- Cold Mage
- Vampire
Gameplay tips
If you do not have the Hex card yet then this is another good deck that can be used in Arena 8. This deck can be played aggressively from the beginning, try to fill all available spots before merging or leveling up any cards.
The Thunderer and Wind Archer cards are your main source of the attack, place these next to the Grindstone cards to increase the amount of damage that they do.
The Cold Mage card lowers the enemy’s movement speed after every hit, this card does a small amount of damage but will not be enough on its own to take down powerful enemies. Use 1 or 2 of these for optimum results in battle.
The Vampire card is used to gain additional mana, this should be the first card you upgrade if you have more than 2 placed down. The Vampire will do some damage to enemies but again will not be enough alone to take down enemies. In the late-game stages when you have leveled up cards you can merge Vampires for your attack-minded cards to deal more damage.
