The best deck for Arena 9 (Warrior)
The deck consists of the following cards:
- Thunderer
- Grindstone
- Boreas
- Sentry
- Vampire
Gameplay tips
This deck has made the top of our list for Arena 9 due to its balance in attack and the ability to gain additional mana. You can play the deck aggressively from the start but focus on filling up your deck with level 1 cards.
The early game plan should be focused on filling your deck with level 1 cards. The Vampire card can be upgraded once you have more than 3 placed down, this way you will maximize the additional mana gain.
The Thunderer, Boreas, and Sentry are your main attacking cards, all of the attack-minded cards in this deck have good damage output and attack speed stats. This makes it easy to counter the enemy’s attacks when you are trying to level up or merge cards. Level up the card you have most of first to maximize the attack boost.
The Grindstone card should be positioned around your attacking cards as it will make them more powerful against enemies.
Other strong decks for arena 9
The beauty of Rush Royale is that there is a range of different unit cards available for you to choose from. This makes the possibilities endless and it means you are not confined to one deck variation.
Other strong decks that we have found useful in Arena 9 are:
Deck 2
- Thunderer
- Hex
- Boreas
- Cold Mage
- Vampire
Gameplay tips
The deck above offers a better defense than the one at the start of our list, you still have plenty of cards that can deal a good amount of damage in the Thunderer, Boreas, and the Hex card as a damage modifier.
Start the game by filling your deck with level 1 cards. Your Hex cards should be positioned around your Thunderer and Boreas cards for the optimum boost to instantly kill enemies.
The Vampire card is used to gain additional mana in battle, level up this card when you have more than 3 placed down to gain a worthwhile boost. Placing a Hex card next to a high-level Vampire is also a good option as it can still instantly kill enemies.
The Cold Mage card in this deck is used to slow down enemies in their tracks. You should not rely on the Cold Mage alone to deal enough damage to defeat hoards of enemies. Stick to 1 or 2 high-level Cold Mages for an effective game plan.
Deck 3
- Thunderer
- Grindstone
- Wind Archer
- Bombardier
- Vampire
Gameplay tips
This card is the same as the deck we mentioned at the start of the list, the only difference is that the Sentry card has been swapped for the Bombardier card and the Boreas card swapped for the Wind Archer. This deck will offer you more in the form of defense as the Bombardier can stun enemies as they pass.
The early game plan should be focused on filling your deck with level 1 cards. Upgrade the Vampire card if you have more than 3 placed down to gain additional mana. Your attacking cards (Thunderer and Wind Archer) should be enough to counter any early attack from your enemy.
The Grindstone card will make the most impact when placed next to your Thunderer and Wind Archer cards, try to keep the Grindstone card to a maximum of two on your deck but positioning is the key to success.
You can also count on the Bombardier to do a small amount of damage to monsters whilst having the ability to stun them and stop them in their tracks.
Deck 4
This deck is probably one of the strongest on the list but will also be the hardest to obtain. The deck features one of the strongest cards in the game (Harlequin) which is a legendary card.
- Harlequin
- Thunderer
- Grindstone
- Dryad
- Bombardier
